These terms govern your purchase of digital art prints from Ink and Mist Studio ("we", "us"). By completing a purchase you agree to them.
Printable wall art delivered as digital JPG files (300 DPI), packaged in ZIP archives. No physical items are shipped. Files are delivered instantly after payment through a secure download link sent to your email and available in your customer portal.
Files are print-ready at 300 DPI. Print quality depends on your printer, paper and settings — for best results use matte fine-art paper. Colors may vary slightly between screens and printers.
Because files are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned", all sales are final. However, if your files are corrupted, incomplete, or not as described, contact us within 30 days and we will fix it or refund you — we stand behind our work.
Lost your files? Email heyao216@outlook.com with your order email address and we will re-send your download links, usually within 24 hours. Download links from Creem do not expire.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the files (including printing costs).
Payments, taxes and invoicing are handled by Creem (merchant of record). Any dispute will first be addressed by friendly email communication — we always try to make things right.
